- Registration Details (Shop Act / Udyam / GST — optional but recommended)
- Address and contact information
- Bank Account Details for Settlement
Staff Information
- Name and contact details of authorized academy representatives
- Login activity and dashboard usage logs
Technical Information
- Device information
- App usage logs
- Transaction records
- IP address and security logs
2. Why We Use This Information
Academy data is used strictly for operational and compliance purposes:
- To process fee payments securely
- To provide receipts, settlement reports, and dashboards
- To communicate updates, refunds, and support
- To maintain platform security and prevent fraud
- To improve app performance and user experience
3. Data Sharing
We share academy data only with:
- Trusted payment gateways Razorpay for payment processing
- Compliance authorities, if required by law
We never sell, rent, or disclose academy data to unauthorized third parties.
